thank you thank you so much your forced me like💜 I you Very Beautiful

😎 thank you!

Is marang like durian? I havent eat yet that kind of fruits sorry..

No it's different from durian but similar to jackfruit and comes in a large green spiny skin slightly smaller than the size of a football. Inside there are dozens whitish yellow flesh covered seeds. You can eat the flesh (but not the seed) either with a fork, or if feeling slightly sticky by hand.

I'm from the Philippines and I've never tasted this. I want this.

You must try! I'm pretty much sure you will love it 😊 It also contains antibacterial, antiviral, anticancer, and anti-inflammatory properties. It contains a lot of antioxidants that can help the body to fight free radicals, which can cause harm to the body. It can be also used as a natural alternative for the expensive treatments and medications in the hospitals and medical clinic. Aside from being an effective remedy, it is also more affordable compared to the high-cost medications.

Here are some of the amazing health benefits of eating marang fruit:

Prevents cancer
Controls Diabetes
Reduce Cholesterol Levels
Relieves Constipation
Prevents Heart Diseases
Prevents Anemia
Improves Digestion
Enhances Metabolism
Improves Vision
Prevents Stroke
Relieves Inflammation

Wow! How do you know all of this? I'll eat this when I see one.

I've been searching in google..and I found out that there's a lot of health benefits the Marang fruit has..

Hahaha I'll probably eat that. Does it say something about kidney failure? I have a kidney failure, that's why. Oooh you can check my post https://steemit.com/life/@abrahamcera/abrahamcera-s-road-to-kidney-transplant

Kidney failure patients require a specialty diet because as the function of the kidneys diminishes processing certain foods becomes more difficult. I think you need to consult your Doctor first before anything else 😊 Anyways, please check this out 👉 https://www.livestrong.com/article/518448-fruits-good-for-kidneys/
I hope it may help 😊

Yeah. I realized that. Special diet you bet. Very strict diet. But now I'm on dialysis, I can eat anything in moderation. That's according to my nephrologist.

I have been through your profile since the first day of your post about your kidney transplant in July 😊 please check the comments 😊

Really? Oh no. My transplant is not on July yet. Juky 24 is my interview. So we can avail discounts on the expensive laboratory tests. These tests will answer the question if my brother and I are compatible. Our kidneys. Transplant would be next year. Hopefully God provides and uses people as his instruments.

Hmmp yummy
