You feel poor because you see pics of someone who is poor, posting money they don't really have like that. You feel lonely because you see pics of people in relationships that are on the rocks. They just look happy for the cameras. You feel ugly because you see pics of someone who looks nothing like that in their natural state. You feel inadequate because you see how many "likes" someone gets for masking their insecurities better than you do. Imagine that, you're only looking at yourself because you're spending too much time envying someone else. And whole time your life might be in better shape than theirs.

I have deleted social from my phone for a lot of the reasons in this post. I may add it back sometime in the New Year, but for now I need a break from the noise.
