Besbes sfaxien

Hi fellow steemians, today we cooked Besbes
A Tunisien traditional dish made by sfaxiens my local city
It takes 6 hours to cook it and prepare it nearly house wife's spend half a day preparing it
It's very tasty and delicious,
Ingredients : kouskous
Chilly Besbes sause
Besbes plant (plenty of it)
We eat it most of the time wity sausage made by beef meat cooked intensively with the sause
We often eat it for three days in a row, and the more it stays in the fridge it becomes even more delicious
This is Tunisian cuisine, one of my favorite Besbes with kouskous yuuumy!
