Cuaca saat ini mungkin hampir semua wilayah diguyur hujan termasuk tempat saya ini sahabat Cikarang juga sedang diguyur hujan. Kalau cuaca dingin dingin begini cocok nih makan yang hangat-hangat, karena stok dilemari es cuma ada tempe, coba-coba deh membuat Tempe Jeletot. Entah siapa yang pertama kali mempopulerkan nya yang jelas saya penasaran dengan rasanya.. 
Tempe yang didalamnya berisi sambal dibalur dengan tepung lalu digoreng, terus dimakan hangat-hangat jadilah **Tempe Jeletot **. 
Hmmm Mak Nyoossss...
