This morning I want to show you some pieces of Aceh cake,

• Thimphan Cake

• Bhoi cake

Thimphan Cake

Thimphan cakes are actually many kinds, some of which are made from rice flour, sago flour and sweet potato. What I show above is a Thimphan cake made from rice flour mixed with jam srikaya.

Bhoi Cake

This Bhoi cake is a unique sponge cake made from a mixture of flour, eggs and sugar. this cake is often used by tourists during a visit to Aceh as souvenir typical Aceh.

Layer Cake

This typical Aceh ply cake made from rice flour, starch flour and sweetener. this cake we find in many coffe-coffe belongs to the Acehnese, and this soft and chewy cake has many unique colors.
