Topped with daiya vegan cheese, diced onion, olive, tomato and pepper. Served with guacamole and refried beans. You could also dip them in vegan sour cream, it's available now! Bake it in the oven. I'm not sure how to infuse it though ;)
The nacho chips were non-gmo corn chips with vegan ranch flavouring from Costco :)

This is another thing we (as gluten-free vegans) can enjoy, that even 5 years ago wasn't available, or was far less tasty. The advances in non-titty cheeses has been awesome.

Hemp cheese sounds very interesting! Why can't you eat Daiya? Have you checked the ingredients lately? They keep changint their recipe. It's mostly tapioca, coconut, and non-gmo canola oil, pea protein, and minerals
