Hi all!

Today I will continue my 'cheesecakes' photo serie with this beauty:

This one is from last weekend - classic new york cheesecake with toffee topping.
Actually topping was made of sweets called in Poland Krówki:

Krówki ([ˈkrufki], plural; krówka singular), literally meaning "little cows," are Polish fudge, semi-soft milk toffee candies. When hand-made, they are hard and crispy on the outside, but the inside is more "fluid" than solid.

U mnie zdecydowanie niedziela jest dniem sernika.
Ten co widać powyżej to sernik z polewą krówkową - absolutny sztos.

Osobom z Poznania z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić kawiarnię PLAN
Z tego co się dowiedziałem - organizują w ciągu tygodnia projekcje ciekawych, niszowych filmów. Podczas mojej wizyty akurat puszczali na rzutniku serial Friends ;)

            @fervi skąd ten przepis? Szczerze mówiąc, nie byłem świadomy, że jest jakiś wymóg - chętnie się zapoznam jesli jest jakiś guide ;)
