Fruit Stall in Singapore are quite prevalent. You can always find at least one/two shops in your neighborhood. Singaporeans like to eat fruits. Everyone likes to eat fruit. We like to eat fruit. We also went to the fruit stall nearby by our place to buy fruit. Eating makes you healthy and they taste very good. Most of the fruits are sweet when they are ripe. Some give sweet and sour taste such as Oranges. Some are very watery like Watermelon. Most of them don't smell bed, some of them smell nice and can even be used as medical purpose.

But this one? This one is different. It is known as King of Fruits here in Singapore, a lot of people love to eat it. They are expensive even though there is a lot supply because it can't meet the demands. People always want to eat it more and more. I heard from a colleague that a family ate during a lot, finally it had cost them $1000+. Yes, I have also seen people bought a lot like several packages. So, what fruit really is? It is spiky, smelly Durian. Yes, its shell has spikes. You can hold it easily. It has very strong smell and it is prohibited to carry on the public buses and train. Even though a lot of people like it, there are a few people who can't even stand the smell of it. They tend to vomit if they get the smell.

It is kind of like South East Asian food. You will know about it if you have traveled to a South East Asian country during Durian season. I was wondering whether Indian know about it. Nope, they don't know about it. It's pure South East Asian. I don't think Westerners will like it too because of the strong smell.

Inside, it has very soft, sweet and yellowish fleash. It tastes very good, as least for me. The size of the seed is depends on the breed of the fruit. It had so many types. Creamy, sweet, bitter sweet, soft, hard. It's all depend on your preference.

So, it you are planning to visit a South East Asian country, try the Durian if you can stand the smell because those who don't like are because of the smell.

where is a good store for durians in Singapore?

you can find almost everywhere. But there are a lot more around Aljuneid MRT. Get off from Exit A, you'll get to Sim Ave. Then walk left along the Sim Ave, you 'll see a lot of Durian shops.

What type of camera did you use for this?
