Hello friends..
Sweet corn means Indian bhutta (in hindi )is the best thing to eat during the rain. I love to eat bhutta in rainy season I think most of the people like roasted bhutta. Mostly sweet corn comes in roasted form but I am going to tell you my one of favourite spicy and (chatpati ) sweet corn snack recipe. So let's get started......

Let's see the ingredients. First ingredient is obviously sweet corn 🌽😄....
After then we want
1)-Olive oil or butter - 2 teaspoon
2)-Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon or as per test
3)-Turmeric powder - quarter teaspoon
4)-Black solt - as per test
5)-Chat masala - half teaspoon
6)-Asafetida. - 2 pinch
7)-Lemon juice. - 1 teaspoon
8)-Mix herbs. - half teaspoon(optional)
9)-Coriender chopped - for garnishing

Method :-)
Hit the 2 teaspoon oil in the frying pan and fry the sweet corn for five minutes on medium high flame till the sweet corn gets brown spots on it. After then add black solt ,chill powder, turmeric powder, asafetida, chat masala and mix herb etc. Mix well for one minute and turn off the flame add chopped Coriender and lemon juice.
Serve it hot and enjoy with cup of tea ☕

Such a good mix of spices is possible only in Indian market.. I misses it a lot. If i wanna eat, I will have to cook. :)
