Thanks man..this was made from pickled mushrooms..you just have to wash them and cook them in a pan with nothing so they loose a little bit of moist and they are not as slimy anymore ..i was quite surprised how this turned out well since it was a fast dinner with only two pieces of bread in the kitchen :D

but you can do this with any mushrooms you like..just saute them so they loose water and strenght the flavour
