da ich Kuchen liebe und seit kurzer Zeit das Backen für mich entdeckt habe, wurde kurzer Hand ein Kuchen gebacken.

because I love cake and have recently discovered the baking for me, I decided to bake a cake.

Da der Kuchen aus verschiedenen Rezepten zusammengestellt wurde, nenne ich den Kuchen „Cake a la MyRoute86“.

Because the cake was made from different recipes, I call the cake "Cake a la MyRoute86".

Für das Rezept wird benötigt:

  • 1 Kaffee Tasse Mehl
  • 1 Kaffee Tasse Milch
  • 1 Kaffee Tasse Zucker
  • 1 Päckchen Backpulver
  • 8 Eigelb

Alle Zutaten mit einander verrühren und für 25 Minuten bei 180 Grad in den Backofen stellen.

Für die Glasur wird benötigt:

  • 250 g Kuchenglasur
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 2 Päckchen Lebensmittelfarbe (Orange)
  • 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
  • Deko Perlen

Kuchenglasur im Wasserbad schmelzen und über dem Kuchen verteilen. Kuchen zum Abkühlen in den Kühlschrank stellen. In der zwischen Zeit Mascarpone, Lebensmittelfarbe sowie Vanillezucker mit einander vermischen und über dem abgekühlten Kuchen verteilen. Zum Schluss mit Deko Perlen dekorieren.

For the recipe you need:

  • 1 coffee cup of flour
  • 1 coffee cup of milk
  • 1 coffee cup of sugar
  • 1 packet of baking soda
  • 8 egg yolks

Stir all ingredients together and place in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

For the cake glaze you need:

  • 250 g cake glaze
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 2 packets of food colouring (orange)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Decorative beads

Melt the cake glaze in a water bath and spread over the cake. Put the cake in the fridge to cool. In between, mix mascarpone, food colouring and vanilla sugar with each other and spread over the cooled cake. Decorate with deco beads at the end.

Heute war ich bei einer Freundin zu Besuch und der „Cake a la MyRoute86“ kam bei meiner Freundin sehr gut an. Yummy. Was mich natürlich sehr gefreut hat.

Today I was visiting a friend and she liked the "Cake a la MyRoute86". Yummy. Which of course made me very happy.
