Baked potato

Ingredients:
Egg quail 5 pcs, cheese of hard varieties 70 g, potatoes boiled 4 pcs.
Salt and ground pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. To prepare this dish you can use both small and large potatoes, which you need to boil, and cut large potatoes into two parts.
  2. Boiled potatoes are cleaned, and a large cut in half.
  3. With a teaspoon, remove the middle of the potato, and then drive inside the quail eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
    5.Syr rubbing on a small grater and sprinkle potatoes on top, then we send it to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 gr.
    6.In the end we get delicious potatoes with a baked egg inside, and on top with a crispy cheese cap!
