Don't you love it when a restaurant puts their secret recipe on the wall?

I had some ramen for lunch today and I was trying to calculate how much water goes into a 24" pot?

I photographed the sign with my iPhone 6S Plus.

      I have to confess that I did not know it was a "Ramen". I had to look for it in Goggle ... It looks like it's a tasty dish. My mouth watered. What punishment, it's 2:00 pm and I have not had lunch yet ... haha
