Here's my submission for the fun and fabulous food photography contest! It's in Madrid- irresistible Jamon Serrano. "De bellota" means the pigs were fed acorns, which is the best ham one can possibly get in Spain. It's horrifically expensive, but worth every penny. Mouth watering!
