Creamy bacon carbonara: steem kitchen

Who else prefer white sauce pasta that red sauce? Well, I do.

This is a creamy bacon carbonara with garlic bread of Greenwich. The way the noodles were cooked is tender enough and great when paired with this creamy white sauce with this tasty ham and bacon, sprinkled with some minty herbs. Adding a touch of cheese gives that delightful combination.

I will give this an A+ as one of the carbonara I've tried so far. I liked the old spaghetti house version of this too. Comment below if you have some recommendations and I'll try it if possible.
