Ayer fue domingo de Pascua y para celebrarlo hice esta torta que compartimos en el almuerzo en familia.
Es un genoise, que embebí en café y licor de amaretto, rellené con crema pastelera y decore con buttercream.
Sencillo pero delicioso.
