MONDAY Photo Challenge - Food Photography

For @juliank's foodphotography contest here is my entry The salted egg:

One of the Filipino favorite foods especially for breakfast is the salted egg. Salted eggs usually use duck eggs but some now is using chicken eggs too. Preparing for this is just to slice the egg into small cubes and mix it with sliced onion and tomato but there is one recipe that I made that my family loves. With the mixture of slice onions tomato and salted egg, I add 2 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon soy sauce and fresh ground black pepper. Since I prepared this version, we never go back to the traditional recipe that we had before.

This is a good appetizer especially if your food is too fatty like adobo or just fried fish and other tasteless food.
