Girl, Hat and Food

Hello beautiful people!

IMG_5223 (3).JPG

This picture was taken in a small town Sriracha (Thailand), where I spent one year of my life. Do you know anything about this place? I bet you don't. At least I didn't 😉

By the way, which one is better? I know, both of them are far from being masterpieces:)

thank you

I love the colored photo more and love your hat and love to eat fish for the Omega.

Thank you! Now I know who has read my post completely))

I love hats 👒 I have dozens of them... mmm... no. Just less than 10, I suppose. I definitely need more)

I don't eat enough fish, so I daily take Omega... and Calsium, Garlic. In Thailand I also found out about Gingko Biloba.

I eat raw garlic each day next to my bed. Hats are like shoes, can't get enough of them, right?

Right! Shoes, hats, bags, dresses... 😄

I read that you are not able to eat the needed amount of garlic. But perhaps raw garlic is more effective than the supplement.

It is harder to eat the needed amount of garlic, oranges, or anything really whenever the soil is too depleted, when GMO is added, when chemicals, spray, chem-trails, mutation, is added, and especially, more importantly, when they take stuff out of the food, out of the soil, when the food is less organic, less complete, and then supplements can help in those cases perhaps. I try to eat from my own garden as much as I can.

Wow! You have your own garden. That's great!
My grandmothers had gardens. As a child I used to spent a lot of time there.

Yeah, we got some gardens. Great for you.
