Mie aceh ada berbagai macam variasi ada yang namanya mie tumis, mie goreng kering "mie goreng thoe" ada juga yang bilang mie goreng basah "mie goreng lekiet", ini tergantung selera konsumen masing-masing yang menurutnya enaknya akan maksimal dengan variasi nya.
Mie aceh yang paling terkenal adalah mie tumis,
Selain mie tumis, mie aceh yang digoreng dengan bumbu khasnya engga kalah enak juga sobat dengan nama lain mie goreng tho.
Kalo menurut saya, yang tak pernah kalah dengan berbagai macam variasi mie aceh adalah mie goreng basah atau nama aslinya "mie goreng lekiet" yang ditambah kepiting di dalam nya seperti foto yang saya kirimkan, saya lebih memilih yang ini.
