Here we have the NIGIRI PLATER SET - this is 2nd dish and is served after the YELLOWTAIL TARTAR WITH CAVIAR. Each piece is hand made by a Master Sushi Chef and is measured to perfection.
The idea behind this is to eat the whole piece in one mouthful and that all the flavors and sweetness of the rice mixed with the precisely cut slice of fresh fish medleys into a work of art in your mouth!

This is going to be part of my OMAKASE MENU, "experience the Essence of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s Cuisine through the Omakase Menus: Nobu ‘Signature’ Menu"
