Food Photography: Let’s Go Korean, Bos-sam for Dinner!

I am sharing my #foodphotography for @juliank’s Happy Monday Food Photography

Bos-sam

It is a traditional Korean cuisine. It usually consists of super tender pork belly, thinly sliced and boiled with spices. The meat is served with side dishes such as ssamjang (wrap sauce), spicy radish salad, sliced raw garlic, saeu-jeot, kimchi, and ssam or vegetables used to wrap such as lettuce, perilla leaves, and inner leaves of a napa cabbage.
