Today lunch #6 rat noodle vs silver needle noodles

Alright this meal call claypot rat noodle (瓦煲老鼠粉)
Sound disgusting? Don't worry it just a name for the noodle it doesn't made frm rat.

The noodle actually made of rice flour the mix with some pork meat and eggs

I'm was thinking if I'm the cook I'm sure i will call it rat noodle I will can it silver needle noodle sound better ?
