My eldest sister, Easther, bakes the best scones....in Sabah at least or the whole Malaysian nation. Traditionally English yet the scones are better than those I had when I was in the UK.
Easther does home baking for business which started as a passion. The passion is probably the reason why the scones taste so good.
Even plain taste is rich with flavour. The texture is soft yet crumbly. I just love mine with plenty of butter and jam on top of a half sliced. The first bite make you want to closed your eyes just to get more senses on your tongue because you don’t want to miss a single taste. Every bite sinfully satisfying over a cup of tea or coffee. “Tea sinful scones” experience only at Something’s Easther.
