Hello @thehealthyfoodie, great to see you posting. We have fish a lot, usually fried, but this looks like a really delicious alternative and coconut is one of my favourite tastes. I'm interested about the use of crackers in cooking, I guess its similar to using bread or flatbreads in European cooking?

Hi @shanibeer the texture of the crackers is really solid. Back home we call it “tough crackers” because of it’s texture. Hence when we add it to this dish it does not disappear but rather soaks up some of the liquid while maintaining a very nice texture.
