If we want to maintain a healthy lifestyle, we have to eat the right food. Perfect lifestyle always includes perfect looks. Our body deserves to look good and that responsibility is totally on us. It is completely depends upon us that how we will look. A healthy body image is necessary to have self-confidence, self-acceptance and self-worth. Perfect figure also helps us to lead a much happier life. For this purpose, we need to eat foods that are important for keeping our body in perfect shape. Balanced diet is the root of getting perfect body shape. By eating the right food and being active, we can maintain good health. Some people find it difficult to identify the right food. Foods with Vitamins, Minerals, Fiber, low Fats and Calories are considered healthy. Six foods that are mostly needed for keeping our body in shape are given below:

Studies have proved that people who eat beans on a regular basis have a slimmer waist than others. Beans also maintain cholesterol level and decrease cancer risk. Eating green beans can also help us to promote weight loss.
Oysters
Studies prove that oysters prevent age-related muscle loss. They also work as a great source of muscle protection protein and zinc. According to American Macular Degeneration Foundation (AMDF), zinc slow down the progression of macular degeneration. Oysters provides huge amount of zinc and vitamin A which is necessary for eye health.
Wine for Women
Studies have shown that people who drink more wine stay in shape for longer than the people who do not touch wine. Especially women with the habit of drinking wine stay in good figure for longer than others.
Blueberries
Appalachian State University ran a research on blueberries. Eating blueberries on a daily basis, help reducing inflammation. Some well-trained athletes eat blueberries regular for six weeks and they felt the impact of it on their body. It increases white blood cell which is very important for immunity.
Cucumbers
Cucumber is a low calorie food. It has huge amount of water inside it. So it helps us to flush out our body waste. It contains antioxidants. It blocks chemical reaction which can cause chronicle illness. Cucumber helps us loosing great amount of weight in many ways. One can also eat cucumber without gaining weight and extra calories.
Salmon
Salmon carries low calories, sodium and good amount of protein. It also contains omega-3 fatty acids. Researchers have found that people, who eat omega-3-rich fish weekly, develop better skin then those who do not eat. Scientists think that salmon works as a shield for skin. It also builds muscles.
