This morning, I decided to have noodles for break fast, noodles is a simple food known by almost everyone and I guess it is not only consumed by Nigerians.

To some people who do hard work in Nigeria like the brick layers, the carpenters, the local farmers the borehole drillers and so many other jobs that require strength, they complain that noodles is not made for people like them because it will not give them the strength they need to carry out their daily task and since that is their source of income, noodles is a 'No' for them.

On the other hand, kids and student love noodle because it is tasty, sweet and as well nutritious.

Different companies have produced different type of noodles, each coming out with it's own brand name and each of them having different price tag.

Personally I prefer the Indomie noodles because it has a particular taste which is different from other noodles.
I like this taste it has, although some people do not like the taste as they prefer some other noodle types.

How I Like To Prepare My Noodles

Ingredients: Noodles, spice, pepper, water, carrot(If available), onion.

There are different ways by which different people prepare their noodles, but my own noodles I like to prepare in a type of way.
To a pot of boiling water, I had my indomie noodles and pour my spice on it after a while, then I add extra pepper because the chilli in the noodles is usually not enough to my taste.
I add my sliced carrot into it if I have it available and then onion.
I use a suitable to cover on the pot and when it is ready to my own taste, I serve hot and I like it with fried egg or chicken, so whenever I have the money, I eat it that way.
