A very well put together article on brussel sprouts. I personally love them, but I know that I am in the minority there. So many people looking brussel sprouts with total distain but they are well-loved in this household.
There were several things that I never heard of including brussel sprout pizza and brussel sprout soup. Now you have got me curious I'm going to have to look up recipes for both of those. To be sure, it is an acquired taste, but just like everything else so, if you give it a chance you'll probably end up loving it.
