1 roll of shortbread
3 to 4 golden apples
3 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
20 cl of liquid cream
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Unroll, spread out and poke the dough in a pie pan. Peel, empty and slice apples. Put them on the rosette dough.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the cream and cinnamon. Pour the mixture over the apples.
Finally
Put in the oven at 210 ยฐ C (thermostat 7) for about 40 minutes. Toward the end of cooking, spread cinnamon and the vanilla sugar over the pie and put back in the oven for caramelized.
