Roby is a young chef in Aceh, he is very reliable in cooking and also creative in his dish he said "food that will be served as our face, if you want to look interesting then hiasilah him with creative". he was 20 years old, he started to love cooking since high school. but unfortunately his school teroutus at that time because of lack of cost. he finally went to town to work in a restaurant. He worked as a cashier at a restaurant in Meulaboh then he started showing his cooking talent to his coworkers so his boss saw and tasted his cuisine until he was picked up as head chef there. because a little salary he moved to our mother and apply in a restaurant there and he repeats the story back from the cashier to head chef there.
the restaurant where he works is now named Chicken penget pak ulis where the typical menu there is chicken penyet. until one day he recommended to his boss to buy him a grouper to cook. he told his boss that he wanted to showcase a new feature of the restaurant: seafood. then his boss supports it, and he also makes this grilled grouper fish. apparently this is not in vain, with its attractive appearance to make the customers busy ordering the dish. its taste is tasty and delicious makes the customers want to come back to that placeb. thanks to the things that are doing it now the restaurant is growing rapidly and open branches everywhere. the last time I talked to him he said he would get out of that place and would start his own business.
