Why Manchester United lost to Chelsea, Mourinho reveals.

Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho, has admitted that his group neglected Romelu Lukaku in their FA Cup ultimate defeat to Chelsea on Saturday.

Eden Hazard’s first-half penalty used to be sufficient as the Blues received their solely silverware of this season.

However, Mourinho insisted that it would have been extraordinary if Lukaku, who was named on the substitutes’ bench, used to be in shape to start at Wembley.

“I congratulate them due to the fact they won but I don’t think they deserved to win. I am Manchester United supervisor and I have to be respectful, now not just because they are my previous membership however because they are the opponents these days but I think we deserved to win.

“I am quite curious to recognize what you say or what people write because if my group plays like Chelsea did I can imagine what humans would say. I am pretty curious.
“It was once a bit challenging for us to play barring Lukaku against a group that defends with 9 players. You need that presence. Every defeat hurts however I go domestic with the feeling we gave everything. No regrets.

“They (Chelsea) understand our group besides Lukaku or Fellaini does no longer have a presence so placing eight or 9 gamers in the front of the box they knew they would be dominant in that direct football. We tried the entirety by other methods however they had a massive block of compacted players,” Mourinho said.

When asked why Lukaku didn’t start the game, Mourinho replied: “When a player tells you he cannot start a game, how can you convince him to play? It does not make sense.”
