Chelsea fans! Where are your eyes?

Eden hazard is stalling every attempt Chelsea management is making to tie him down. His current contract is expiring by 2020. I think he his sighting an offer from La liga side.
Chelsea fans, does that mean the team cannot do much without Hazard?
