That's true.
But it's like Verratti says, PSG hasn't invested as much in players in the last seasons. Not like they did right after the takeover.
The truth is that all teams in that situation (Chelsea, Manchester City, PSG) invest a lot in players in the first year or two so that they can show their intentions and convince big name players to join. All of them invested less during the next years. Naturally their objective (for all those teams) is for their budget to be made up of their earnings and corporate deals.
