German coach Juergen Klopp sings on the Egyptian national team's performance in the friendly preparations for the new season.
Salah scored his fourth goal with Liverpool in a 3-0 win at Bayern Munich on Tuesday.
"I think Mo has been very good since he was in Basel," said Klub, speaking at the press conference.
The former construction player began his professional career with Basel in 2012, before playing for Chelsea, Fiorentina and Roma.
"This year, we have managed to get his services, he is a really great player for us," he added.
"Sadio Mani is the main player for the team, and with Salah now, we have many creative players but not the same rhythm."
"There are a few younger players in the team, so I think it would make sense to hire him, that's a very good thing," he concluded.
Salah is scheduled to lead his side in the final of the Audi Cup against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday night and looks forward to the second friendly.
