Here is a quick news round up in the world of football as very little has happened today:
Man Untd are still having board problems
Burnley were knocked out of the Europa League before they even reached the group stages. They were knocked out 3-1 by Olympiakos which I think is a fair result
Tottenham stadium problems have meant that they cannot play there till October
West Ham are having disputes of the owners of the London Stadium
Bravo has been injured for City with Pep saying it is down to the players being unfit after the world cup (even though Chilie were not in the world cup)
Liverpool are not for sale according to the owners
Zaha has said that staying a Palace was a no brainer showing his devotion to the club. Although I do wonder why? He has been at the club and rebuilt his career after a failed spell at Man Untd which led to him being sold, although he has now developed into a class act way to good for the Palace team and I feel he could achive much more. There are options as well - he could develop at Tottenham or on the other side take a massive paycheck to Man Untd and only have to play 15 games a season... Maybe he wants to become a club legend, although I dont see him staying if they get relegated.
- David Silva has thanked Pep after him being allowed to care for his premature son last season during the campaign, even allowing the CM to miss matches over it - a truly class act.
