Yesterday I did some "cliff hanging" in the sportsbook.
(Meaning, bet a lot on a really heavy favorite. And either you win a small amount, or once in a while lose a big amount.)
I bet on the Packers, and they lost the big amount!
And now my sports betting bankroll is dented up.
Plus I got kareemed by 'what stank?' at fantasy. Tough day of football.
Heroically, Philip Rivers led the Chargers to victory, and tried and true GOAT Tom Brady won as well, to win some of it back. But I still got dented up.
Tonite, I'm gonna take part in a gambler's fallacy known as "chasing your losses". I'm gonna go hard on the Philadelphia Eagles and try to get it all back. 🤓🤓🤗
I was betting the Eagles anyways, and feeling strong about it. Now I'm just upping the dosage.

I learned early on never to bet ML straight up on heavy favorites, especially on a single night game. The risk vs reward is too far apart. If anything i would rather take a small parlay to increase reward, but the parlay also lowers my chances of winning.
I would much rather take a ML slight underdog (i.e. +125 -140) where the odds are +3 or less.
Do u like any lines this weekend? My heart tells me to take ML on the Eagles this week, but my head says Dallas will win.

I wish the Steelers had a harder game actually. I like them as a rebound and was gonna bet whoever they were playing. But I'd rather a better price against a better team. but still bet them.
