My favorite team. Chelsea ensure the title of Premier League championship 2016-2017 season, after a 1-0 win over West Bromwich Albion in Premier League matches, at The Hawthorns Stadium on Saturday (05/13/2017)

This victory makes Chelsea get 87 points from 36 matches in the standings. The number of points was mathematically impossible to pursue Tottenham Hotspur in second with 77 points from 35 matches.
