Find out why Neymar wanted to leave Barcelona ??

in football •  7 years ago

All the news in recent days suggests that Neymar may leave Barcelona and join Paris St Germain for 222 million euros the value of the penalty clause in his contract with the Catalan team.

Radio "Catalonia" published a report on Thursday evening confirming that the proportion of Neymar's transfer to St. Germain is close to 95%.

On Friday, the French newspaper Le Parisien confirmed that Neymar had already informed his team-mates during their stay in the United States to take part in the new season's preparatory camp by leaving.

But why Neymar's desire to leave the ground?

Radio Catalonia published a report explaining why the Brazilian wanted to leave the club, which he had always dreamed of joining when he was a player for Santos.

The main reason is that Neymar dreams of being the star of his team and he does not find it in Barcelona under the presence of Lionel Messi.

If he joins St Germain, the Brazilian will be the star of the first team undisputed.

This comes after the St Germain had earlier interest in signing Neymar last season but did not reach an agreement with Barcelona at the time.

Neymar joined Barcelona from Santos in the summer of 2013 for 88.2 million euros and played for the Catalan club in 186 games, scoring 105 goals and making 80 others.

The Brazilian crowned Barcelona with two Spanish titles, three King's Cup titles, the Spanish Super Cup, the Champions League and the Club World Cup.
