France Made It. A Lesson To Learn From The Game Of Football

I'm not a football fan but I have taken interest in this year football because of the blocktrade world cup contest.

Unfortunately I didn't made it in the blocktrade contest to the final. I never thought France and Russia will make it to the finals. My bet was on Portugal, Argentina and Brazil.

When the likes of Messi, Ronaldo and the rest left the tournament, I learned something in life. Or should I say, it confirm something I already hold in my life and that is;

A single player alone cannot win a tournament.

Football is a unique game, as it shows clearly the power of team work. I love football so well just for one reason, SWOT analysis.

In football each player has a unique role which is selected based on their strength and weakness. When I asked most analyst bout this particular tournament most believe that Messi and Ronaldo will take their team to the final cut they forget that in life a single player might help you win the battle but not the war.

Also, another lesson to learn from football is the way players are always ready to support fellow players in times of their weakness. It's not a rare thing to see a number 7 or 9 player coming home to defend the goal. You will notice many times when the keeper makes mistakes, his fellow players will jump into the goal post to assist in his roles. And very often a time, you will have defence players attempting to score a goal even when they are not strikers.

So when I hear people say, it's not my/your business, I refer them to the game of football. When you are in the playing field of life, everything around you is your business and if you don't take proper care of them they might someday grow to be a weed in your garden.

Well, I didn't come here to talk about life, I simply want to say a big congratulations to all my friends and followers from France. See you guys in 2022.
