After a very passive previous transfer windows for the Spurs, now they plan to take matters into their own hands and prepare to sell a few of their big players in order to secure funds for new recruits. First on the list are defenders Toby Alderweireld and Danny Rose.
Despite Sol Campbell insisting that Alderweireld will stay with the Spurs, his future is still uncertain. Danny Rose has been linked with a transfer to Manchester United as Jose Mourinho showed interest for the English international on numerous occasions.
Other players that will possibly leave are midfielders Mousa Dembele and Victor Wanyama. Wanyama faced an injury for most of the season and will most probably leave, even though he showed good games after his return to shape.
The Belgian, on the other hand, who was bought back in 2012 and has been a regular for most of the season has shown a drop in form and will also most probably be sold.

Toby Alderweireld and Dembele will be huge losses for them, both are really great players on their day and without them Spurs don't have many other experienced players left.
I haven't seen them linked with many top players either to replace those leaving.
