Honestly, I needed some time to calm down.
It's not that a care about the Steelers or the Colts but for how they impact the Bills' path to the post season. I care about football, and things making sense.
I get throwing a flag on Kazee for that hit. The suspension only make sense if there were evidence of Kazee having malicious intent. There's no evidence of that. What we're seeing from the Kazee play is a player being punished for failing to get out of a receiver's way.
Unavoidable hits happen during every football game, and a lot of them cause injury. It's the nature of the game. It's the defensive player's job to stop the offense, and the defensive players don't know which routes are gonna be run, or when a receiver is going to break, or what the receivers and quarterback are reading on the field. Defensive players have to react.
That's incredibly hard as is.
Kazee doesn't deserve the suspension. Anyone who thinks he does has never played football.
