Donovan was recruited hard by TCU. They were the first ones to reach out to him during sophomore year and he rewarded them by committing to the Horned Frogs in August of last year.
This hasn't stopped schools from continuing to toss offers at him. We've seen other players change their mind so it will be interesting to see if he stays true to his word.
As a player?? He's dynamic. No real weaknesses....He's blessed with an explosive first step. His technique is really really solid. He's the kind of corner that you can leave on an island. Aggressive and sure tackler that can play the run and protect the edge. Plays with the ferociousness of a safety. That first step allows him to make up ground when beat on routes which looks pretty rare. Has that "it" factor when it comes to coming up with big plays in big moments, pick sixes and stripping the ball carrier.

I can only imagine the excitement of getting that call and the offer. Full ride education and with a little luck some day you will be getting traded in the NFL for a 5th round pick because your contract is too big. Farewell Talib!!!
