Parker is balancing 9 offers now.
Listed and recruited as a DE and DT but actually plays both side of the ball. I'm personally more impressed with his run blocking ability than anything. Does lack some technique in the pass blocking department.
He will most likely get his free ride by playing on the defensive line. I believe he will ultimately find his home as a tackle. Stuffing the A and B gaps will be more natural as he doesn't have that explosive burst to hit the edge and contain.

I felt bad watching those poor OL guys trying to stop him. He pushed them around like little dolls. Helps that he is bigger then them. He is massive for a DE. Watch out for him if his speed matches his strength and movement skills.
