Leicester are joining the so called "Big 6". Thought it before the season started (Granted I thought Everton would too and have been very wrong on that one) but I stand by Leicester for sure. They have a good owner who backs the club. Arsenal's owner takes money from the club and doesn't invest what is necessary to win so as new owner's come in like Leicester's, Arsenal are stagnating while other clubs ascend past them. Manchester United are the same way.
