FOr a very long time, I haven't been cheering for Manchester City, but yesterday, I was actually hoping that they would win against Real Madrid to make the return match more interesting. But, then came some mistakes from Manchester City and they lost 3-2 in the end, and I did feel sorry for the guys. They did a fairly good match (compared to what they normally do nowadays), and would have deserved at least one point.
But, it is interesting to see that last year as the two teams played, Manchester City was by far the best team on the pitch, but Real Madrid won. This year it was different. Real Madrid was the better team, and Manchester City was struggling. What has happened to the team? Is it all going on in their heads, or where are the problems located?
