Small updates for today!

I was thinking a little bit about what to write today, but I guess I will end up with a soccer-related article in the end. After all, the second final of the European Championship in football was played yesterday, and finally, England managed to get to the final in a European Championship. That is good news for the people of England, but I guess quite a lot of Danes don't feel happy in the same way.

After all, the Danish team fought with everything they had, and they were playing equally well as England most of the match. But, from the 80th minute until the end, I have got to say that England did better. Maybe the fact that the English team has stars everywhere who are used to played football on such a high level made a big difference. It is also a fact that Denmark had to play the second half of the extra time with only 10 players. We never got any official information about why, but when the second half of the extra time started, only ten Danish players entered the field... meaning that one player probably got injured, and with no substitutes left, they had to play with this extra problem.

That could also be seen, especially in the last minutes, as the English team just played ball and the Danes never even managed to get a hold of the ball.

To be honest, the best team won yesterday, but I want to give credit to the Danes for their job... they have been phenomenal throughout the tournament, and I believe many people feel way closer to the Danes right now!

Copa America...

I mentioned it yesterday, but I am really looking forward to the Copa America final between Brazil and Argentina. Argentina has the two players who have scored the most goals in the tournament so far (Messi and Martinez), while Brazil only has two players who have scored two goals. But, we all know that Messi has never won a big tournament with Argentina, and for his sake, I hope that it will change right now. If not, the disappointment will be major for one of the biggest football players of our time.

I am not very surprised about seeing Argentina and Brazil in the Copa America final, but if anyone would have told me before the European Championship that Italy and England would play the final, I would be more surprised. To be honest, it was hard to imagine a final without France. And then it was hard to imagine a final without France, Germany, Belgium, or Portugal. But, both Italy and England have played well and they both deserve their place in the final. Now the question is whether Insigne and Immobile and Jorghino will become the big heroes after the final at Wembley, or if Sterling (who was very good yesterday) and Harry Kane will become the heroes.

Now the remaining question is - who will win the final? What do you think?
