Seems like the unsettling echoes of Champions League final fiasco still goes after Loris Karius, wherever German keeper goes.
After being replaced by Alisson Becker, 25-year-old player decided to join Turkish giants Besiktas on two-year loan but seems like all is not good, again. Struggling keeper have dropped a number of clangers and after 9 appearances in which he conceded 14 goals (3 of which been an own-goals), Black Eagles are ready to terminate the loan.
According to some of BBC reports, Besiktas are ‘unimpressed after a series of mistakes’ in the three months he’s been at the club and intend to send Karius back to Anfield 18 months earlier than planned before.
Meanwhile some other sources are set to deny such rumors:
Probably it’s been quite enough for the lad, who had a very bad lack rather than been a bad goalkeeper. We could only wish him the best with his next club – his best years are ahead of him, that’s for sure.
Lol... Sounds so funny. I feel for Karius though.
