Goalkeeper Loris Karius, who have become an icon of blunders since his infamous 2017/18 Champions League final performance for Liverpool against Real Madrid, once again got himself on the radar of poor play. On Thursday night Reds loanee conceded another calamitous error as his Besiktas side defeated by Malmo in Europa League away game. Hosts scored their opening goal on 53rd minute when Andread Vindheim’s deflected cross found the way between the crossbar and Karius’ gloves. Definitely not the worst blunder we’ve seen by German player, but he need to improve his positioning to block lazy ‘shots’ like this.
- Defeat left Besiktas second-bottom of their Group I
karius is just not good enough

I beg to differ. As much as that goal exposed Karius, I believe it's more of poor goalkeeping than a blunder.
We've seen so many of this.
Korea/Japan 2002, Brazil vs England, David Seaman conceded a goal almost similar to this from a Ronaldinho free kick.
