We seriously doubt that anyone of you really miss Sebastian Larsson, that tough Swedish flanker with deadly right foot with which he earned the points for such the stern EPL outfits of the past as Birmingham, Sunderland and Hull. But if you do, just keep in mind that a 33-year-old is still good at scoring goals as well as picking up the cards.

Indeed, Larsson did a splendid job to rescue a very late 1:1 draw at home for his current club AIK against Malmo is Allsvenskan encounter. The hosts were close to lose the game by the least goal difference, but literally at death was awarded with a free kick.

Sebastian Larsson stepped in and made a brilliant effort – the ball went above the wall on killer trajectory and then smashed into the back of the net, off the bar.

Unhappy visitors made a massive attempt to protest equalizer scored in overtime, which turned the end of the match into the fierce skirmish between two sides. Of course our hero Sebastian Larsson was heavily involved and managed to get a red card. Yeah, we recognize our good ‘oil man!

  • AIK retain their top position, 4 points clear with just 3 games left to play
  • Malmo go fifth
