The History Of The Club
Established in 1991 the Adelaide Football Club was the first licensed AFL team in the state of South Australia.
The Crows were based in the suburb of West Lakes until recent years where a new multi purpose stadium was built closer to the cbd in the heart of Adelaide.
Adelaide fans are passionate and accept nothing less on the field then the high standards coaching staff set out on game day to achieve success.
The wider support base is known as the "19th Man" to help explain this, there are 18 players on the field at any one time for each side.
So they are essentially the extra player to help get the home team over the line through cheering and support from the stands.
