What is a simple definition of osmosis?
Osmosis is the movement of water or other solvent through a plasma membrane from a region of low solute concentration to a region of high solute concentration. Osmosis is passive transport, meaning it does not require energy to be applied.
And just like that no energy is required to trade the AUDUSD between now and Thursdays AU Jobs release and US FOMC.
Its in a perfect play range to be bashed around scalping away at it unless some unexpected Geo Political event takes hold.
On the top side it is capped by a hidden Trendline. ( Thicker Golden Descending Trendline )
I say hidden because most traders disregard trendlines once broken , however they can act as strong levels post a break, particularly if the initial break was due to some news flow that was unexpected and the break was a false one at that or another significant support / resistance zone exists not too far from the initial break.
The topside cap on price ( resistance ) is around 68800-68900 above this level then the play range is over.

On bottomside ( support ) is between the 50 DMA around 68450 and Horizontal 68240 , play range is over below 68200.
